CHAPTER 1. PLACING ORDER POLICY SECTION 1 When an end-user customer places an order, he or she can do it in these ways: from the website or via an JGINC Agent over the phone or by WhatsApp or by email or via another Authorized Dealer and must confirm it by a response via email or WhatsApp if there had been nothing written ahead of it and when a customer buys an item or places an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for them based on the availability of their items and the shipping options you choose. Since we have started the product fulfillment, we cannot cancel it. The only thing you can do is receive it and return it to Us. CANCELLATION POLICY SECTION 1 We don't offer immediate cancellation after order is placed and paid in our online Store, but you can return it for refund once you receive it. The reason is that we automatically start handling and processing of shipping once customer has placed an order so we can ship the item on time. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive their return from the Authorized Dealer or the shipper (5 to 15 business days plus a 15-day analysis processing), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 15 business days), and the time it takes their bank to process our refund request (5 to 15 business days).
