THE JX HYBRID WARRANTY The Jerloex Two-year Warranty for all products with the exception of the Underwear and Footwear and Leisurewear that are under a specific Six-month Warranty. The Jerloex 24-month Warranty and specific 180-day Warranty are applied to all products for end-user customers as well as for Authorized Dealers after the time period of the 30-day return policy. Warranty applies from 90 days up to a lifetime. We will systematically provide you with a replacement of the same branded product or a store credit to buy the same branded item. If you refuse the replacement or the store credit, that means the reason of your warranty is not met for the defection of the item, and in this case, we may deny your warranty even after receiving the item.
